The Adult Safe Hockey Network (ASHN) offers tournament operators a comprehensive Liability Insurance Policy in association with Hub International. The policy—providing up to $5 million in coverage per occurrence—protects you, your Referees, Timekeepers, and Convenors plus the Staff and Management of the host facility. Insurance coverage from the ASHN is designed to meet municipal rink requirements to give you "peace of mind" that you'll be covered in a liability instance during your event.Please note that in order to qualify for liability coverage, all Tournament staff and participants must meet the provincial Age of Majority.
Your policy premium is included with your basic Tournament Qualifier package. Additional liquor liability coverage is available as required for only $50. Tournament organizers will receive a Certificate of Insurance as proof of coverage.
